Let Barentz Help you Increase the Stiffness/Impact Balance of Polypropylene Parts with the Latest Generation Nucleating Agent, NAA-613
Barentz is introducing NAA-613, manufactured by GCH Technology, to customers looking for a highly effective stiffening nucleator for polypropylene, with excellent thermal stability, chemical inertia, dispersity, especially suitable for nucleating modification of polypropylene. By increasing the crystallization temperature and crystallization speed, smaller and more uniform spherulites are formed, thus improving the mechanical properties, optical properties and thermal properties of the final products. NAA-613 is used in automotive, appliances, pipe extrusion and closures produced in a broad range of processes including injection molding, thermoforming, extrusion blow molding, rotomolding and blown film extrusion.
Features & Benefits:
• Increased rigidity, bending modulus and tensile strength of polypropylene products
• Significantly improve gloss
• Higher heat deflection temperature and dimensional stability
• Faster injection molding cycle time, improve production efficiency
