RIASORB UV-660 is a unique multi-functional additive tailored for nylon. RIASORB UV-660 can be added to nylon to improve its melt processing performance, and can stabilize the melt pressure of nylon, make the processing smooth, and reduce fiber breakage during spinning. This highly compatible, long-lasting effective additive gives nylon a great stabilizing effect that no other conventional stabilizer can provide. The combination of RIASORB UV-660 and UV absorber can significantly improve the UV resistance of nylon. RIASORB UV-660 can enhance dye affinity during the dyeing process of composite metal fuels or non-metallic acid dyes due to its basic group and interaction, so that the color is more stable, economical, ecologically compatible, and can be deeply dyed. RIASORB UV-660 can be added in either traditional feeding methods and dosing techniques, or in the form of nylon preps, during polymer melting or polymerization.
