Lenium™ ES Vapor Degreasing Solution

Lenium ES is what is known in the scientific world as a binary azeotrope of n-Propyl Bromide and isopropanol. Lenium ES is used in both electronics and cleaning applications. When used in cleaning, Lenium ES acts as a high performance solvent, and it formulated to operate in open-top and vacuum vapor degreasers. The solvent's fluid version has physical characteristics and solvency properties that are very similar to commonly-used chlorine, trichloroethylene and trichloroethane--another formerly widely used solvent that was found to add to the depletion of the ozone later. Lenium ES is very effective in removing oil, grease, resins, adhesives or other contaminants. It also easily removes many waxy-like substances from metal. Lenium ES tends to leave a low surface residue. Additionally, the binary azeotrope is safe to use with both ferrous and non-ferrous alloy metals.
