Tetrasodium Pyrophosphate (TSPP)

An organic compound that resembles urea synthesized from the addition of hydrogen sulfide to calcium cyanamide, is largely used in non-commercial applications. Its largest use is as a textile-treating agent followed by a fixing agent for photography, the starting material for some dyes and paints.
