Polyamide Compound Heat Stabilization Systems

Addipel has a keen focus on the development of heat stabilizer packages geared toward the nylon compounding and nylon fiber markets. These heat stabilizer packages are based on inorganic materials like cuprous iodide/potassium bromide/potassium iodide and standard organic antioxidants like AO1098 and AO1171. We have the ability to include various other additives in a package, allowing us to bring additional value add properties to the finished compound. Common ingredients include: EBS/Montan wax, Metallic Stearates, Nucleating Agents, Flame Retardants, and UV Absorbers.
