Aristonate® S-2460

Aristonate S-2460 is a medium to high molecular weight member of Pilot's new S-series sulfonates. It is a clear to slightly hazy amber sodium sulfonate of moderate viscosity, which finds use in a wide variety of applications where corrosion protection, low foam and great emulsification is required. This product is a very efficient emulsifier when combined with oleic acid, which can be further formulated into low foaming soluble oils without the use of antifoams or defoamers. These soluble oils can provide excellent ferrous corrosion inhibition.
