Atmer 7510 is a 10% concentrate of IncroMax 100, Croda's novel slip additive for use in polyester based polymers, in a PET carrier system. The active component, IncroMax 100, reduces surface friction by up to 60% leading to a range of product and efficiency improvements, such as improved packing and denesting of moulded parts, reduced scuff and scratch and significantly reduced mould release force. It can be used to improve product quality and process efficiency in both PET film and sheet and also in injection moulding without having any visible effect on the PET.
