Bluesil FLD 47V - High Viscosity products are 100% active dimethylpolysiloxanes. These silicone fluids are linear polymers characterized by low surface tension and excellent thermal stability. Bluesil FLD 47V - High Viscosity products are available in a complete range of viscosities between 5,000 and 600,000 cst., extending their usage to a wide variety of industrial applications. Examples of applications include antiadherent agents, lubricants, greases, hyraulic damping fluids, and additives in maintenance products.

BLUESIL FLD 47 V 50 to 47 V 1000 are straight chained polydimethylsiloxanic fluids. BLUESIL FLD 47 V 50 to 47 V 1000 have display good resistance to high and low temperature as well as combustion and oxidation resistance and dielectric properties. Additionally they have low surface tension and high compressibility with little change in viscosity with temperature. The products are also beneficial in applications with high and prolonged shear stress. Their applications include, but are not limited to, thermostatic fluids (– 50 °C to + 200 °C), dielectric fluids (impregnation of paper for condensers), lubricating and heat protecting agents for textile threads (synthetic sewing threads), release agents (mould release of plastics and metal castings) lubricants and more.
