By introducing probiotics into grease traps, grease interceptors, holding tanks, lift stations, municipal waste facilities, reclamation pits, and sewers, it is possible to promote the growth of beneficial bacteria that can help to break down grease, oil, and fat. This can help to reduce the frequency of cleaning and maintenance required and can also help to prevent foul odors and other problems associated with the accumulation of grease. J-Zyme Multi Spore Blocks come in four different sizes for ease of dosing: 2 lbs., 5 lbs., 10 lbs., and 20 lbs.
